It is clear that the government of Bangladesh (and Bangladesh Bank) has made a serious error in its decision to remove Prof Yunus. This has given the country a black eye in the global community, and is against the wishes of its 8.5 million members. It is not easy to build and sustain a great institution like the Grameen, but it is easy to destroy. For the sake of the nation, I hope the GB and its employees continue to enjoy good leadership and build on the legacy of its eminent founding leader. Dr. Munir Quddus
