Dr. Kamal Hussain  - Declaration of Participating Students as Volunteer

Social Business Essay Competition is a great initiative. It will be nice if Yunus Centre invite all participants of the competition in the Prize award ceremony and declare them as Volunteers of Social Business by Nobel Laureate Professor Yunus along with certificates signed by the Nobel Laureate. There is an imperative need to form a Volunteers Association taking people from different walks of life in Bangladesh to propagate and promote Social Business as well as to make it popular in Bangladesh. In this respect, Student Volunteer Association in different Universities may be formed to involve students effectively in Social Business.
Samira Momtaz  - Issuing Certificate

Nobel Laureate His excellency Professor Muhammad Yunus may kindly issue certificates to all participating students which will act as a source of inspiration.
Ataul Goni  - MDGs and Social Business are everybody's business

One should NOT think that MDGs is only UN business and Social Business is only Prof.Yunus business. Rather, we should think that MDGs and Social Business are Everybody's business.Congratulations ! Students for your submissions on achieving MDGs through SB which is a difficult topic with a new dimension for the essay competition. Your participation in the essay competition will be, of course, graced by the Nobel Laureate Professor Yunus which will be a valuable treasure for your future career.
Mominul  - Publish the List of Participants

Bangladesh is a fertile source of social innovation. We salute reverend Nobel Laureate Dr. Yunus for his innovative ideas of micro credit and social business. Students participated in the essay competition deserve appreciation. Let the students of Bangladesh play their roles as soldiers of social business drive to fight against poverty and social inequality.

Md. Omor Faruq  - every participants shoulld be rewarded

It's a great move by the Yunus centre to encourage Bangladeshi students in social business initiative by inviting essay competition. Social business aproach is not still popular in Bangladesh. Social business initiative must have strong footing in Bangladesh like Grameen Bank.Otherwisw it will be a transcedent failure. In this respect students can play an important role .Students participation in the competition is a plus point in the sense that at least students had to read about social business and MDGs, and it is expected that the students will disseminate and promote social business idea to others. So every participating students should be rewarded at least with a certificate signed by the Nobel laureate Dr. Muhammad Yunus.
Kind regards
Faruq
Tania Rahman  - MDGs through social business

Yes, this is a topic which may give the food of thought to many young people. I feel there are some sectors of MDGs where social business is the ultimate solution. for example-social business can play a vital role in reducing child mortality, combating HIV, ensuring sanitation and pure drinking water for all. However, among the MDGs, these fields are the most neglected in most cases.I have some basic research experience in some of the fields.I would be happy to share my ideas with the people.
Md. Zobraj Hosen  - Essay Competition: Social Business

Thank you very much for arranging an excellent compitition on social business. Undoubtedly, its a noble inittiative by the Nobel Centre (Yunus Centre) to encourage the Bangladeshi students about the new approach of social business. It has been observed that social business has not yet received so much attention by the economists, the students, teachers, policy makers, statesmen etc. of Bangladesh and also has not got much popularity in Bangladesh. This is unfortunate! So, the arrangement of essay competition for the Bangladeshi students has opend the avenue to propaget the very innovative idea of social business in Bangladesh and abroad. Students of Bangladesh can play a vital role and can act as the change agents of social business. Considering all of things, it is felt that every participants in the essay competition should be rewarded. Of course, best submissions should get best rewards.
